真正的療癒,不是「理解」為什麼我會受傷,而是「選擇」我要用什麼頻率來看待自己、擁抱現在的自己。
有時候,「不再回頭」本身,就是一種靈魂的成熟。
Many people believe that healing means constantly digging up old wounds. Examining them, analyzing them, focusing on them, until we “understand” them.
But in truth, every time you return to that memory, to that painful scene, your body is going through yet another download of that old energy.
It’s like repeatedly hitting the “restore” button on a file you already deleted.
True healing isn’t about understanding why I was hurt.
It’s about choosing what frequency I want to hold, how I want to see myself, and how I meet myself in the present moment.
Sometimes, choosing not to look back is itself a profound act of soul maturity.
